Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund Endorses Jim Dantona for County Supervisor

Jim Dantona, former SLO Chamber CEO and candidate for Second District Supervisor, today announced that his campaign has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund.

“I’m honored to have the endorsement of Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund. At a time when fundamental freedoms are under attack from a rogue federal administration, local leadership matters,” said Dantona. “This support means a great deal because it reflects our shared commitment to protecting reproductive freedom, defending access to health care and standing up for the rights and dignity of every person in our community."

Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund joins a number of leaders from the Central Coast in support of Dantona's campaign: Congressman Salud Carbajal, Congressman Jimmy Panetta, Assemblymember Dawn Addis, Supervisor Bruce Gibson, Supervisor Dawn Ortiz-Legg, City of San Luis Obispo Mayor Erica A. Stewart and the San Luis Obispo County Democratic Party.

Dantona was a member of the Cayucos Citizens' Advisory Council and formerly served as President/CEO of the SLO Chamber of Commerce for seven years.

San Luis Obispo County's Second Supervisorial District encompasses Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Los Osos, San Simeon and a portion of the City of San Luis Obispo.
